The El Paso Municipal Police Officers’ Association sadly announces the passing of Retired Officer Enrique "Henry H. Ramos #347, who passed away on September 8, 2023, at the age of 77. Retired Officer Ramos served with the El Paso Police Department for 21+ years, from June 1968 until his retirement on December 11, 1989. After retiring from the department, Officer Ramos went on to serve as a Bailiff and then as a Federal Court Security Officer.
Funeral services (Celebration of Life) for Retired Officer Henry H. Ramos are as follows:
Friday, September 15, 2023:
-Visitation/Viewing from 4:00 to 5:30 PM at Funeraria Del Angel-Central, 3839 Montana Ave.
-El Paso Police Department Honors at 5:30 PM
-Funeral Service at 6:00 PM
-Reception to follow from 7:00 to 9:00 PM
Retired Officer Enrique "Henry" H. Ramos will receive Retired Police Honors.
