Open Enrollment Period for 2021 Health Insurance
Updated On: Nov 309, 2020
The Open Enrollment period for insurance benefits will take place from November 2 through 20, 2020. Elections made during Open Enrollment will be effective January 1, 2021 and the new adjusted rates will begin on the January 8, 2021 paycheck.
Due to COVID-19 there will be no on-site or in-person sessions. There will also be no walk-ins allowed while City Hall is closed. Any changes will need to be made on your PeopleSoft Self-Service account. Remember, you have to re-entoll each year if you hare choosing to keep your Flex Spending Account (FSA) as this plan does not automatically rollover from year to year.
It is the employee's responsibility to notify Benefit Services of any errors or omissions on their payroll deductions. Failure to do so may result in paying back deductions and may have an affect on your insurance coverage.
Please download the attached packets for all of the information you need for Open Enrollment. This includes enrolling in or making changes to the supplemental dental and vision insurances with CLEAT.
