Online Store Refund Policy
Refunds for online purchasesYou have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you. EPMPOA will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Packaged items, glassware, shot glasses, mugs, and cups are final sale for hygienic reasons. Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, less the pre-paid return fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. How do I return an item?The original Packing Slip must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original packing slip. You can use our return label which is included in your package. The return shipping fee of $5.95 will be deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise. If you have lost the return form you can contact us at (915) 591-8669. For a new return address label, please contact us at (915) 591-8669. If you do not wish to use a return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our office. EPMPOA does not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Exchanges to EPMPOA Online Store.We are unable to accept Exchange requests of merchandise purchased online at our EPMPOA online store.Order CancellationYou may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. EPMPOA may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
